You may ask; What's the difference between Mentorship & Training?



Mentorship's are long-term partnerships between Baldridge Consulting and an individual or team at an organization.  During this time the Baldridge Consulting team will work closely with the organization representative(s) to advance them in all aspects of a particular focus such as implementation of a Quality Management System.


Training is set up for a short-term, no more than a week at a time, and is focused on a specific area, such as Internal Auditing.
